What to bring: your items as they are — no need to clean or sort them. Government-issued photo ID is required for any transaction, in accordance with precious metals regulations. If you have certificates, invoices or original boxes, bring them: they can help the evaluation, but nothing is mandatory.
How the appointment works: you are received privately, with no waiting. Every item is tested and weighed in front of you, the calculation is explained, and you receive a detailed item-by-item offer. Allow 15 to 30 minutes. If you accept, payment is immediate; if not, you leave with your items, at no cost and with no pressure.
